和平与发展是当今世界面临的两大问题。80年代末国际政治关系朝着有利于世界和平的方向发展,最近,邓小平同志向国际社会一再发出倡议:在和平共处五项原则基础上,建立一个由对立走向对话,由紧张走向缓和的国际政治新秩序。这个倡议受到了国际社会的欢迎,是我国对世界和平和国际法的一大贡献。本文旨在从现实的国际关系出发,对国际政治新秩序所赖以建立的客观条件、政治基础和国际法原则进行初步的探讨。
Peace and development are two major problems facing the world today. In the late 1980s, the international political relations have been moving in a direction conducive to world peace. Recently, Comrade Deng Xiaoping has repeatedly made suggestions to the international community on the basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and established an international political system featuring dialogue from opposition to dialogue and from tension to relaxation New order. This initiative has been welcomed by the international community and is our country’s major contribution to world peace and international law. The purpose of this essay is to discuss the objective conditions, the political basis and the principles of international law on which the new international political order is based from realistic international relations.
