The principle of the rule of law is the basic principle of building a socialist harmonious society. To realize fairness and justice under the principle of the rule of law is the basic requirement for building a harmonious socialist society. The fair and just constitutional, legislative, judicial and law enforcement paths constitute a unique landscape of the rule of law for the construction of a harmonious society.
