由于打印材料较多,单位打字室买的一台激光打印机在经过无数次的修理后,用了一年零三个月就寿终正寝了。可是单位又规定上传下达的每一份材料都要正规,在多次商议之后,大家都认为激光打印机打印美观,而针式打印机打印廉价,于是就又花巨资购进了一台崭新的联想LJ2312P激光打印机和一台富士通DPK3600E针式打印机。实行两机并用,不过这次明确规定正规的材料才可用激光打印机打印,需要修改的材料只许用针式打印机打印,尽量降低材料成本。
