目的初步观察枇杷花水提物(AELF)对急性酒精染毒小鼠的防治效果。方法取雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、联苯双酯阳性药组、不同剂量AELF(400、800、1600 mg·kg-1)组,每组10只。按0.10 ml/10 g剂量灌胃给药10 d,末次给药2 h后一次性灌胃给予50%(V/V)无水乙醇溶液0.12 ml/10 g,禁食不禁水16 h。测定外周血象,血清中ALT、AST、ADH活性及肝匀浆中MDA、TG含量。结果与模型组相比,AELF各剂量组能明显降低WBC、AST、血清及肝脏TG水平,均以中剂量效果最好(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05);高剂量组能够明显降低血清ALT及肝脏MDA水平(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 AELF可以通过降低染毒小鼠转氨酶和TG水平,提高机体抗氧化能力,对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤起到一定的预防性保护作用。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of water extract of loquat (AELF) on mice with acute alcohol exposure. Methods Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group and bifendate-positive group, with different doses of AELF (400, 800, 1600 mg · kg-1) group, 10 rats in each group. The rats were orally administered with 0.10 ml / 10 g for 10 days. After the last administration for 2 hours, 50% (V / V) absolute ethanol solution was given 0.12 ml / 10 g orally and the water was fast for 16 hours. Peripheral blood, serum ALT, AST, ADH activity and liver homogenate MDA, TG content were measured. Results Compared with the model group, the AELF dose groups could significantly reduce the levels of WBC, AST, serum and liver TG, with the best effect being medium dose (P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.01, P < The dose group can significantly reduce serum ALT and liver MDA levels (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion AELF can protect mice against acute alcoholic liver injury by decreasing the level of aminotransferase and TG in mice and increasing the antioxidant capacity of the mice.
