近年来,我国的房屋建筑工程数量和规模都在不断扩大,与此同时相关的安全事故也层出不穷,引发了强烈的社会关注。本文首先介绍了房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量的主要内容和准则特征,然后强调了提高管理与施工质量的重要意义,并着重分析了当前房屋建筑工程中存在的问题,最后阐述了提高管理与施工质量的应对措施。旨在为提高我国的房屋建筑工程质量提供一些有益的参考价值。
In recent years, the number and size of housing construction projects in our country have been constantly expanding, meanwhile, related safety accidents have also emerged one after another, triggering a strong social concern. This paper firstly introduces the main contents and guidelines of the quality of management and construction of housing construction project, and then emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of management and construction.
