为研究沿空留巷顶板离层的变化规律,根据留巷顶板离层演化机制,基于弹性梁弯曲理论,建立沿空留巷顶板离层力学模型。由叠加法原理确定了模型最终的挠度方程解析式,基于此模型确定了锚固区内外顶板离层量的计算方法,根据相关参数求出离层值,进一步确定了顶板离层量为0时有效的锚固荷载。以某矿1205工作面沿空留巷作为模型的算例,结果表明:在没有锚固载荷的作用下最大的离层值为38 mm,以及顶板离层值为0时锚固荷载为2.3 MPa,并结合理论分析与现场情况提出了有效的支护方案。
In order to study the variation law of gob roof separation in gob-side entry retaining, according to the evolution mechanism of gob roof departure, based on the theory of elastic beam bending, the mechanics model of gob roof separation is established. The final deflection equation of the model is determined by the principle of superposition method. Based on this model, the calculation method of the separation of roof and roof inside and outside the anchorage zone is determined. Based on the relevant parameters, the departure value is obtained. It is further validated that the top- Anchor load. A case study of gob-side entry retaining along 1205 working face in a mine shows that the maximum delamination value is 38 mm without anchor load and 2.3 MPa when the roof delamination value is zero. Combined with theoretical analysis and site conditions, an effective support scheme is proposed.
