混凝土电杆水养护是指电杆成形后经过自然或热养护达到一定强度,放入水中浸泡的工艺措施.它不同于通常所采取的混凝土浇水养护的概念.通过浸泡混凝土,改善水泥水化反应介质的浓度、反应速度和程度,进而改善混凝土的孔结构和水化硅酸钙的外构,从而,达到提高混凝土强度,改善其物理化学性能的目的.经过水养护的混凝土,其内的Ca~(++)、OH~-和Al~(+++)等离子不同程度的被溶出,故又可称之为溶出性水养护.
