四年时间,我从东南亚走到西亚,又去了中东,禅修地图越来越宽阔,所见之物,也超出了自己的想象。这有点像扫雷游戏,有时扫出一片明朗,有时会犹豫很久标上危险符号,而更多时候会重重地踩到雷,只好重头来过,再次出发。在这条路上,印度是我盘桓最久的一站。归零的生活内观(Vipassana)是印度最古老的自我观察技巧之一,在长久失传之后,两千五百多年前被释迦牟尼佛重新发现,主张透过观察自身来净化身心。
In four years, I traveled from Southeast Asia to Western Asia and went to the Middle East. The meditation map was getting wider and wider, and what I saw was beyond my imagination. This is a bit like a mine clearance game, sometimes sweeping a clear, sometimes hesitant to mark a dangerous symbol for a long time, and more often will step on the thunder, had to start over before starting again.
