Since 1978, every third Plenary Session is a historical beacon of reform. At a time of much publicity and hope, the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee concluded its victory on November 12. The convening of this meeting is yet another general deployment and a general mobilization for deepening the reform in an all-round way and will surely exert a profound and far-reaching influence on promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
