本文对42例脑梗塞急性期患者和30例健康对照组进行了血浆睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)昼夜24小时动态检测,旨在探讨其与缺血性中风的关系。 1.临床资料:本组男23例,女19例,平均年龄分别为55.4(40~78)岁、53(41~66)岁;均根据1986年全国脑血管病标准诊断,并经头颅CT扫描证实,排除病前患脑垂体病和6个月内服用激素、性激素及避孕药物等。对照组男18例,女12例;平均年龄分别为53.5、54岁。
In this study, 42 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Plasma testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) were detected 24 hours a day and 24 hours a day to investigate their relationship with ischemic stroke. 1. Clinical data: The group of 23 males and 19 females, the average age were 55.4 (40 to 78) years old, 53 (41 to 66) years of age; are based on the 1986 national cerebrovascular disease standard diagnosis, and by CT Scan confirmed that rule out pituitary disease and disease within 6 months before taking hormones, sex hormones and contraceptives. Control group, 18 males and 12 females; average age were 53.5,54 years old.
