当前党的执政队伍在一定程度上存在五失:利益失重、政绩失真、作风失实、权责失衡、形象失格。要解决这些问题,需要牢固树立始终为了人民、依靠人民、尊重人民去做事的理念。就是把为人民谋幸福作为执政者做事的根本目的;把发展靠人民作为执政者做事的根据;把满足人民群众的需要作为做事的尺度。执政队伍需要提高党性修养,做执政为民清廉的表率,需要提高以下四种能力:继承创新的能力;调查研究的能力;领导科学发展的能力;做群众工作的能力。
To a certain extent, the ruling party of the party exists five faults: the loss of interest, the distortion of performance, the failure of style, the imbalance of power and responsibility and the disqualification of the image. To solve these problems, we need to firmly establish the concept of always doing things for the benefit of the people, relying on the people and respecting the people. That is, the fundamental purpose of seeking happiness for the people as the ruler; the basis for developing the work of relying on the people as the ruler; and the need to meet the needs of the people as a measure of doing things. The ruling contingent needs to improve the performance of the party spirit and be the ruling party for the people and clean the people. We need to enhance the following four abilities: the ability to inherit and innovate; the ability to conduct research and research; the ability to lead scientific development; and the ability to perform mass work.
