高职院校毕业生就业存在很多的障碍。职业指导应把教育性与援助性有机地结合起来 ,使职业指导在高职院校学生就业中发挥着更重要的作用。
There are many obstacles to the employment of higher vocational college graduates. Vocational guidance should organically integrate education and assistance so that career guidance plays a more important role in employment of students in higher vocational colleges.
