研制出具有良好中温固化活性的改性氰酸酯树脂,对树脂的反应活性、力学性能、介电性能、动态热机械行为和黏温特性进行了研究。树脂在125℃固化后具有较高的力学性能、耐热性和较低的介电损耗。树脂在180℃后处理后力学性能和Tg无明显变化,介电损耗稍有降低。氰酸酯预浸料具有良好的黏温特性,可用于制备中温固化氰酸酯预浸料。
A modified cyanate ester resin with good curing activity at mid temperature was developed to study the reactivity, mechanical properties, dielectric properties, dynamic thermomechanical properties and viscosity-temperature properties of the resin. Resin cured at 125 ℃ with high mechanical properties, heat resistance and low dielectric loss. The mechanical properties and Tg of the resin after 180 ℃ post-treatment did not change significantly, and the dielectric loss slightly decreased. Cyanate prepreg has good viscosity-temperature properties, can be used to prepare the temperature curing cyanate prepreg.
