目的探讨社区实施中风疾病健康教育的模式。方法对4个社区有中风病史的居民采取随机抽样进行健康教育干预前后的调查问卷,对资料做描述性分析。结果经健康教育前后社区居民对中风疾病的知识知晓率明显上升,且行为危险因素显著下降。结论在社区开展以健康教育为主要形式的护理干预是防治中风疾病的有效措施。
Objective To explore the community health education model of stroke. Methods Four residents with a history of stroke were surveyed by random sampling before and after the intervention of health education. The data were descriptively analyzed. Results Before and after health education, the community residents’ awareness of stroke knowledge was significantly increased, and the behavioral risk factors significantly decreased. Conclusions Nursing interventions taking health education as the main form in the community are effective measures to prevent stroke.
