人力资源改革是现代改革的重要组成方面,人力资源管理的科学化是现代企业管理的重要特点。电力事业的发展关系到全面小康社会是否能够按照预先的计划完成。其关键就是发挥企业和员工的主观能动性,创新性和团结力,紧紧抓住培养、吸引和用好人才三个重要环节,把各类优秀人才凝聚到电网建设大业中来,努力提高电力行业的综合竞争能力和发展能力。要从实现小康社会宏伟目标的战略高度,从推进电力事业持续快速发展的战略高度,深刻认识人才工作的极端重要性,大力开发人力资源,加强人才队伍建设。从当前情况看,我国电力系统仍存在较多问题,下文就以电力系统人力资源管理的现状做一分析并提出科学化的建议和方法。
Human resources reform is an important part of modern reform. The scientific management of human resources is an important feature of modern enterprise management. The development of the power industry is related to the completion of an overall well-to-do society in accordance with the plan in advance. The key is to give play to the subjective initiative, innovation and solidarity of enterprises and employees, firmly grasp the three important links of training, attracting and employing qualified personnel, unite all kinds of outstanding talents into the great cause of power grid construction, and strive to improve the power industry The comprehensive competitiveness and development capabilities. From the strategic height of achieving the grand goal of a well-off society and from the strategic height of promoting the sustained and rapid development of the electric power industry, we must have a profound understanding of the extremely importance of personnel work, vigorously develop human resources and strengthen the building of qualified personnel. Judging from the current situation, there are still many problems in China’s power system. In the following, we make an analysis on the status quo of human resources management in power system and put forward scientific suggestions and methods.
