目的确定微波辅助提取西藏独活蛇床子素的最佳提取工艺条件。方法利用Box-Behnken的中心组合设计原理及响应面法(RSM)分析建立二次回归模型对料液比、提取时间、提取温度和微波功率等因素优化组合,筛选最佳微波辅助提取工艺条件。结果微波辅助提取独活中蛇床子素的最佳提取工艺参数:料液比20∶1 ml/g,时间1.0 h,温度35℃,功率330 W。在此条件下,蛇床子素的得率为(1.03±0.021)%。结论微波辅助提取工艺能耗低、有效成分的提取效率高,提取时间短,可用于独活蛇床子素的提取。
Objective To determine the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of actinomycete from Tibet. Methods Based on Box-Behnken’s central composite design principle and response surface methodology (RSM), a quadratic regression model was established to optimize the combination of factors such as material-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and microwave power, and the optimum microwave-assisted extraction process conditions were screened. Results Microwave-assisted extraction of Osthole in the optimum extraction process parameters: solid-liquid ratio 20: 1 ml / g, time 1.0 h, temperature 35 ℃, power 330 W. Under these conditions, the yield of osthol was (1.03 ± 0.021)%. Conclusion Microwave-assisted extraction has the advantages of low energy consumption, high extraction efficiency of active ingredients and short extraction time, which can be used for the extraction of live omnosides.
