案例教学法在《职业道德和职业指导》中的运用

《职业道德与职业指导》是中等职校德育课的重要组成部分,2001年秋全国各地普遍开设这门课。新教材前有案例,后有评析与思考,中间为正文,每节有思考与训练,每章有活动天地,理论难度明显降低,可读性增强,可教性减小。教学大纲明确指出:“要科学地讲述职业道德与职业指导基本理论,紧密联系实际,贴近社会,贴近职业,加强案例教学和实践教学环节。”面对新的教材、新的要求,广大任课教师都在思考,怎样用好用活教材、真正发挥这门课的育德作用。笔者在教学中进行了案例教学法的尝试,下面谈谈这方面的体会。 “Professional Ethics and Career Guidance” is an important part of moral education in secondary vocational schools. In the fall of 2001, the course was widely held throughout the country. There are new cases before the case, after the analysis and reflection, the middle of the body, each section of thinking and training, each chapter has a world of activities, the theoretical difficulty is significantly reduced, readability and reduce teaching. The syllabus clearly states: “We should scientifically tell the basic theory of professional ethics and career guidance, closely connect with the reality, be close to the society, stay close to the profession, and strengthen case teaching and practical teaching.” In the face of new teaching materials and new requirements, the majority of classroom teachers Are thinking, how to make good use of live teaching materials, to really play the role of the education of this course. The author conducted a case teaching method in teaching, below to talk about this experience.
