冷轧机是一种新型的板材冷轧加工设备,可以实现不同厚度的板材加工,广泛应用于冶金、钢铁业。冷轧机的生产能力逐步提升,提升其生产精度,满足高品质生产需求是当前的主要工作。对冷轧机的电气自动化控制系统进行优化设计,能够实现厚度这一核心目标的控制。本文以西门子s7-400PLC核心,进行基于PLC技术的四辊冷轧机电气自动化控制系统的设计,以达到优化冷轧性能,提升生产精度的目的。
Cold rolling mill is a new type of plate cold rolling equipment, can achieve different thickness of sheet metal processing, widely used in metallurgy, steel industry. Cold rolling mill production capacity gradually increased, to enhance their production accuracy, to meet the needs of high-quality production is the current main work. The optimal design of the electrical automation control system for the cold rolling mill enables the control of the core goal of thickness. In this paper, SIEMENS s7-400PLC core, PLC-based technology for four-roller cold rolling mill electrical automation control system design, in order to achieve the optimization of cold-rolled performance, improve production accuracy purposes.
