无功能性胰岛细胞瘤是一种不引起任何内分泌功能紊乱的，来源于胰岛细胞的肿瘤。临床少见，约占胰岛细胞瘤的１５％。为了提高对该病的认识，本文对我院１９８６年至１９９７年收治的１３例无功能胰岛细胞瘤患者进行了分析总结，现报道如下：方法１３例中男性３例，女性１０例
