OBJECTIVE: To investigate the incidence of 3D spatial structure disorders, 3D spatial structural disorders and brain damage localization and definite side relationship in patients with brain injury. Methods: Three-dimensional space composition of building blocks was used to detect the three-dimensional structure of 60 patients and 86 patients with brain damage. Results: The incidence of 3D spatial structural disorder in patients with brain injury was significantly higher than that in controls. The detection rate of 3D structural disorder was significantly higher than that of 2D structural disorder. The incidence of 3D structural damage in right hemisphere was lower than that in left hemisphere High, and more serious; parietal and thalamic damage the highest three-dimensional spatial structure disorder. CONCLUSION: All parts of the cerebral hemispheres can cause structural damage in three-dimensional space, but the parietal lobe and thalamus in the right hemisphere have the most serious damage and the highest incidence.
