6月23日,国务院办公厅转发了财政部《关于进一步实施〈会计法〉、加强会计工作的请示报告》,要求各地区、各部门要加强对会计工作的领导,保障会计人员依法履行职责,切实解决工作中存在的问题,充分发挥会计工作在加强经济管理、提高经济效益中的作用。财政部的《请示》针对当前会计工作中有法不依、执法不严、违法不究现象造成的财经纪律松弛、会计数据失真等问题,就进一步实施《会计法》,加强会计工作提出了如下六点意见:
