在pH为3.9的HAC/NaAc缓冲体系中,铍试剂Ⅱ被溴酸钾缓慢分解,铁(Ⅲ)对分解反应有催化作用,产物呈现荧光,其荧光峰为λex/λem=317/423(nm),基于此建立了催化荧光测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的最佳条件.铁(Ⅲ)的量在0.0-10.0μg/25mL范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,回归方程X(μg/25mL)=0.166ΔF-0.545,检测限为0.68μg/L,方法应用于自来水中铁(Ⅲ)的测定,结果满意
In the HAC / NaAc buffer system at pH 3.9, the beryllium reagent Ⅱ was slowly decomposed by potassium bromate and the iron (Ⅲ) catalyzed the decomposition reaction. The fluorescence of the product appeared as λex / λem = 317/423 (nm ), The optimal conditions for the determination of trace iron (Ⅲ) by catalytic fluorimetry were established. The linear relationship between the concentration of iron (Ⅲ) and the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.0-10.0μg / 25mL was obtained. The regression equation X (μg / 25mL) = 0.166ΔF-0.545 with the detection limit of 0.68μg / L , The method was applied to the determination of iron (Ⅲ) in tap water with satisfactory results
