采用容量法对13X,Silica,MCM-41,SBA-15 4种固体吸附剂对CO_2的静态吸附性能进行了研究,分析了不同吸附剂的结构性质以及温度和压力对吸附的影响,考察了几种吸附剂的循环再生性能。研究表明,这几种吸附剂对CO_2的吸附都属于物理吸附,其吸附量大小顺序为13X>Silica>MCM-41>SBA-15。吸附量的大小主要取决于吸附剂孔径的大小,与吸附剂的比表面积及孔容并无太大关系。与吸附热相比,吸附系数b值的大小对吸附量的大小起到了决定性的作用,b值越大,吸附量也相应更大。在实验的4种吸附剂中,13X由于孔径小,吸附能力强,循环再生性能好,较适宜用作CO_2吸附剂。
The static adsorption properties of four solid adsorbents 13X, Silica, MCM-41 and SBA-15 on CO_2 were studied by using volumetric method. The properties of different adsorbents and the influence of temperature and pressure on the adsorption were analyzed. Recycling performance of adsorbents. The results show that the adsorption of CO_2 by these adsorbents belongs to the physical adsorption, and the order of the adsorption amounts is 13X> Silica> MCM-41> SBA-15. The amount of adsorption depends mainly on the size of the adsorbent pore size, and the adsorbent surface area and pore volume does not matter too much. Compared with the adsorption heat, the size of the adsorption coefficient b value plays a decisive role in the amount of adsorption, the larger the b value, the adsorption amount is also greater. Among the four adsorbents tested, 13X is more suitable for CO_2 adsorbents due to its small pore size, strong adsorption capacity and good recycling performance.
