Shi Pingmei is an influential female writer in the modern Chinese literary world in the early 20th century. Researchers generally think that her pre-creation mostly expresses personal negative and pessimistic thoughts and feelings, has almost no attention to social reality, and overflows with rich sense of sadness in the characteristics of aesthetics.
