在今辽宁省法库、彰武二县和内蒙古自治区科尔沁左翼后旗、库伦旗的部分地区 ,清朝曾设置科尔沁左翼前旗 ,历经中华民国 ,直到 1949年才撤消。该旗扎萨克封爵是郡王 ,封号是宾图 (或作冰图 )。因此 ,该旗俗称宾图旗 ,扎萨克俗称宾图王。清代最后一任扎萨克宾图郡王是棍楚克苏隆。棍楚克苏隆卒于民国二年 ,得年二十七岁
