以茄子远缘杂交F_2代群体为试材,研究了不同杀菌剂、处理时间和培养基成分对接种茎段及其腋芽生长情况的影响。结果表明:酒精处理30s后再用0.1%升汞处理7~8min,茎段杀菌效果最好,健康茎段率为40%~55%;酒精处理30s后再用0.1%升汞处理2~3min,新芽杀菌效果最佳,新芽健康可用率最高为73.33%;适宜的新芽增殖培养基为MS+0.02mg·L~(-1)NAA+1.0mg·L~(-1) 6-BA。
In this study, F_2 population from distant hybridization of eggplant was used to study the effects of different fungicides, treatment time and medium composition on the growth of inoculated stems and axillary buds. The results showed that the germicidal effect of stems was the best with the stems of 40% -55% after treated with 0.1% mercuric chloride for 30s, and treated with 0.1% mercuric chloride for 30s after alcohol treatment for 30min , The germicidal effect of sprouts was the best, the highest available rate of sprouts was 73.33%, and the suitable culture medium for sprouting was MS + 0.02 mg · L -1 NAA + 1.0 mg · L -1 6-BA.
