目的全面了解溴甲烷作业工人的职业危害,为修订卫生标准提供依据。方法对潍坊市某化工厂溴甲烷生产车间进行了劳动环境监测,对31例作业工人进行了临床查体和实验室检查。结果生产车间溴甲烷浓度基本符合卫生标准,部分生产工人可引起头晕、乏力、下肢酸软、皮肤感觉异常等神经衰弱综合征和植物神经功能紊乱等临床表现,高血压检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),尿溴升高(>0.125mmol/L)者15例(占62.5%),血清溴升高者3例,尿中出现红细胞和隐血阳性者14例(占53.8%),A/G比值降低或倒置者3例。结论溴甲烷生产工人长期接触较低浓度的溴甲烷,可产生作业工人神经系统、肾、肝等损害,高血压的发生与溴甲烷有一定的关系。
Objective To comprehensively understand the occupational hazards of methyl bromide workers and provide the basis for the revision of the hygiene standards. Methods We monitored the working environment of the bromomethane production plant in a chemical plant in Weifang City and conducted clinical examination and laboratory tests on 31 workers. Results The concentration of methyl bromide in the production workshop basically met the hygienic standard. Some production workers could cause clinical manifestations such as dizziness, weakness, soreness of the lower extremities, neurasthenic syndrome and autonomic dysfunction. The detection rate of hypertension was significantly higher than that of the control group 15 cases (62.5%) had elevated urine bromine (> 0.125mmol / L), 3 cases had elevated serum bromine, 14 cases had red blood cells and occult blood positive in urine 53.8%), A / G ratio decreased or inverted in 3 cases. Conclusion The long-term exposure of methyl bromide producers to lower concentrations of methyl bromide may cause damage to the nervous system, kidneys and liver of workers. The occurrence of hypertension is related to methyl bromide.
