采用实验和热力学解析的方法对 Ni Ti 系中γ、η、β之间的相平衡进行了研究,力图为镍基高温合金的设计和组织控制提供基础数据。γγ+ η、η+ ββ相界与文献报道一致, 但η相的存在区域有一定的成分范围, 特别是γ+ ηη界面上钛的成分随温度而变化。采用规则溶液模型和亚点阵模型对该体系的液相、γ、η和β相进行了热力学解析和计算,计算与实验数据十分一致。
The phase equilibrium between γ, η and β in NiTi system has been studied by means of experiment and thermodynamic analysis, which tries to provide the basic data for the design and organization control of Ni - based superalloy. The γγγ + η, η + βββ phase boundaries are consistent with those reported in the literature, but there is a certain range of composition in the region where the η phase exists. In particular, the composition of titanium on the γ + ηηη interface changes with temperature. The liquid phase, γ, η and β phases of the system were analyzed and calculated thermodynamically by using the regular solution model and sub-lattice model. The calculation and experimental data are in good agreement.
