相对于发达国家而言,我国中小企业政策、立法研究起步较晚,有关中小企业政策法律支持体系还有待于进一步完善。在世界经济一体化的客观趋势下,我国应当借鉴发达国家在中小企业政策法律扶持方面的有益经验,结合我国渐进式改革的国情,进一步加大转轨时期中小企业金融政策法律扶持力度,为中小企业全面、稳定、健康的发展提供强有力的政策保证和法律保障。
