For the first time in 1964, a language teaching class on television broadcasting was concluded on a large scale for the first time because of an international seminar in London. Many of the language classes and specialized single teaching that were already held on television at the time were reported, but the large number of language classes and individual tutorials held on radio broadcasts did not notice the radio tutorials conducted by non-member States of the Council of Europe. Foreign language teaching broadcasts from 1964 to the present of two media tools, television and radio all over the world, have reached the level of
