为了贯彻落实国网公司《关于推行农村供电所组织专业化的指导意见》,进一步深化农村供电所管理,强化安全生产,提升服务水平,提高农电队伍专业化素质,我局制定了供电所专业化管理实施方案,将原有的电工班,按工作范围重新整合,设立配电班、营销班、服务大厅,明确工作职责,从而达到专业化对口,分工明确,职责清晰,管理精益化,供电所管理水平和服务水平得到进一步提升。传统的管理模式是各供电所成立若干个电工班,分线路对农村用电进行分片包干管理,担负着抄表、收费、报装、维修、服务等任务。
