中国房地产市场出现这样一些矛盾与冲突最为根本的原因就在于,房地产市场发展与讨论忽视了中国已经存在的三个基本前提:即个人居住权的天赋性;中国社会主义国家的人民性;中国土地的国有性。如果能够在这三个基本的前提下来制订国内房地产市场发展政策和法律、来发展国内房地产市场,那么房地产市场的问题就会迎刃而解。
