随着高职教育的快速发展,高职大学生成为一个特殊的社会群体并逐渐壮大,其社会化程度将直接影响社会的发展和进步。高职大学生社会化与其他群体,尤其是与普通高校大学生相比在社会化起点、社会认可度和参与社会实践等方面有明显的区别。在此从高职大学生社会化的特点入手,比较和分析该群体社会化过程中存在的突出问题,并针对存在的问题从加强思想政治教育、深化教学改革、加强校园文化建设、加强心理健康教育和加强工学结合模式下的顶岗实习等方面提出解决问题的对策和建议。
