见习、实习是各高校学生由理论到实践必须经过的重要环节,学生通过见习、实习可直接地接触到理论知识体系里的实践知识,将自己所学的知识内化为自身的需要,学习到优秀教师的教学方法、教学组织等整个教学过程的教学设计。教师培养的一个重要环节是教育实习,如何开展教育实习是高等师范院校始终关注和研究的课题。
