采用NAOH和偶联剂处理方法处理橡胶粉,制得改性沥青。通过对此改性沥青混合料进行马歇尔稳定度试验,探讨盐度与湿度影响下,马歇尔稳定度的影响分析。试验考虑浸泡浓度(清水、10%盐水、15%盐水)、橡胶粉细度(40、60、80目)、橡胶粉掺量(10%、15%、20%);浸泡时间(1、2、3 d)3方面影响,从试验结果可以看出:稳定度随着盐度增加、浸泡时间增加,呈现出一定的下降趋势;橡胶粉掺量的增加可以抑制盐度侵蚀;橡胶粉细度对盐度的影响不明显。最后,针对橡胶粉的处理方式,进行对比分析,给出通过采用NAOH和偶联剂处理方法处理方法对于抵抗氯离子的侵蚀,效果较好。
The use of NAOH and coupling agent treatment of rubber powder, modified bitumen. Through the Marshall stability test of the modified asphalt mixture, the influence of the Marshall stability under the influence of salinity and humidity was discussed.
