(中南行政委員會四月五日以(54)會廳财字第○六四八號發出) (江西省人民政府四月九日以(54)府辦財字第五二號通知轉發) 本會於一九五三年六月十日以(53)會廳財(三)字第1799號命令公佈‘中南區各級人民政府處理剩餘原材料及廢料廢品暫行辦法’試行以來,對愛護國家財產,厲行節約,防止浪費起了一定作用。惟該辦法舆目前的財政分級處理,中南級機關經費(公雜費)實行包亁的精神不盡符合。同時,原用的制度辦法亦有修改。為進一步發揮各機關管理與愛護國家財產的積極性,並根據目前的具體情况,將原辦法內若干條文作如下修改:第二條:本辦法所稱之剩餘原材料、廢料廢品係指左列之類: (一、二兩種原文不動)(略)
