政党的生存和发展离不开执政资源的支撑,执政资源包涵的内容极为丰富。中国共产党拥有丰富的执政资源,这些资源是我们党执政的良好基础,为我们党巩固执政地位、长期执政创造了良好条件,但在新的历史条件下党的执政资源又在发生一些新的变化,这些变化在一定程度上削弱了党的执政能力。因此,新形势下维护、利用、拓展党的执政资源,是关系到中国共产党提升执政能力,进而巩固执政地位的重大课题,理应成为党在新时期执政能力研究的重要内容。
The survival and development of political parties can not be separated from the support of the ruling resources. The ruling resources contain extremely rich contents. The Chinese Communist Party possesses a wealth of governing resources. These resources are a good foundation for our party to govern. It has created favorable conditions for our party to consolidate its ruling position and govern for a long time. However, under the new historical conditions, some changes have taken place in the party’s governing resources These changes have weakened the party’s ability to govern to a certain extent. Therefore, under the new situation, safeguarding, utilizing and expanding the party’s governing resources is a major issue that concerns the CPC’s ability to enhance its governing ability and thereby consolidate its ruling position. It should become an important part of the study of the party’s ability to govern in the new era.
