合作学习鼓励学生为集体的利益和个人的利益而一起学习,在完成共同任务的过程中实现自己的理想。老师如果能够组织好合作学习,对教学可以起到很好的效果:1、小组合作学习可以使学生学会与他人合作,培养他们合作解决问题的能力把学生分成几个学习小组,使小组成员就某个话题进行讨论甚至争辩,能够让学生充分参与课堂,他们的学习积极性必然进一步高涨。而一起讨论,一起思考,一起解决问题时,也能够使得学生们增强自信心。在交流信息、分享成果时,学生们的团队合作精神得到了培养。
