靛玉红(Indirubin)是青黛的一种有效成分。治疗慢性粒细胞白血病已取得疗效,实验动物模型也显示抑制率①②。文献报导③靛玉红可使豚鼠血中的嗜酸性细胞数下降。本组试用其治疗嗜酸性细胞增多症5例,取得一定近期疗效。
Indirubin is an active ingredient of indigo. Treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia has been made, the experimental animal model also showed inhibition rate ① ②. Reported in the literature ③ indirubin can reduce the number of eosinophils in guinea pig blood. This group trial treatment of 5 cases of eosinophilia, and achieved some immediate effect.
