文章利用蛋白质可及性,建立了一种新的氨基酸流水性标度,得出了氨基酸残基因折叠所埋藏的平均可及面积与其Nozaki-Tanfotd自由能变化ΔGρ相关,残基可及性分数是疏水性的一种本征量度的结论,并分析讨论了有关问题.
In this paper, a new amino acid water flow scale was established based on protein accessibility. It was found that the average accessible area of amino acid residue due to folding was related to its Nozaki-Tanfotd free energy change ΔGρ. The residue accessibility score was Hydrophobic conclusion of an intrinsic measure, and analyze and discuss the related issues.
