纺织工业部财务工作会议于1982年10月在烟台召开,参加会议的有28个省、市、自治区代表共77人.这次会议,主要研究了“三个提高”的问题,即:一手抓生产,一手抓经营,提高经济效益;抓财务整顿,抓基础工作,提高管理水平;抓人才开发,提高财会队伍素质.下面介绍对这三个问题的讨论情况.一、关于提高经济效益问题纺织工业形势大好.从经济效益看,三年迈了三大步,从1979年到1981年,总产值平均年增长18%,三年实现税利平均年增长22.57%,出口换汇平均年增长17.4%.在大好形势下也出现了新情况、新问题.消费者对质量、品种、花色、价格等要求都高了,选择性强了,造成部分纺织品滞销积压和一些地方削价竞销,全国纺织工业成品资金1982年9月末比上
The financial work conference of the Ministry of Textile Industry was held in Yantai in October 1982. There were a total of 77 representatives from 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions attending the meeting.
