随着时代的发展,医疗改革的深化,当前医院职工思想政治工作面临着新形势、新环境、新问题的挑战。如何与时俱进,做好医院职工思想政治工作是医院党政工团面临的新课题。本文根据当前医院职工思想政治工作的特点,分析了医院职工思想政治工作中所面临的问题,提出了相应的解决措施,以期推动医院职工思想政治工作的顺利开展。
With the development of the times and the deepening of medical reform, the current ideological and political work of hospital staff faces the challenges of the new situation, new environment and new problems. How to Keep Pace with the Times and Carry Out Ideological and Political Work for Hospital Staff and Workers Are New Challenges Faced by the Party and Politics Working Groups in Hospitals. According to the current ideological and political work characteristics of hospital staff, this paper analyzes the problems faced by hospital staff in ideological and political work, and puts forward corresponding solutions to promote the smooth development of hospital staff ideological and political work.
