分析了目前我国的产品质量监督体系,建议在实施《消防法》后建立健全案件移送制度,以保障法律实施对消防产品的监督。
After analyzing the current system of product quality supervision in our country, it is suggested that a system of case transfer should be set up and implemented after the implementation of the “Fire Control Law” so as to guarantee the supervision of the fire control products by law.
