卫生部颁《医院分级管理办法(试行草案)》中规定:三级医院是向几个地区提供高水平专科性医疗卫生服务和执行高等教学、科研任务的区域性以上的医院。科研工作是三级医院的三大任务之一,为了解我省三级医院科研工作状况,作者对通过湖北省卫生厅医院分级管理组织评审的36所三级综合医院有关科研工作的评审资料进行汇总分析,总结了他们抓科研工作的一些主要做法和取得的成效,并针对存在的问题提出几点建议。
The Ministry of Health issued the “Administrative Measures for Graded Hospitals (Protocol Draft)” stipulations: The tertiary hospitals are hospitals above the regional level that provide high-level specialized medical and health services and perform higher education and scientific research tasks in several regions. Scientific research work is one of the three major tasks of tertiary hospitals. To understand the scientific research work of tertiary hospitals in our province, the author conducts review data on the scientific research work of 36 tertiary general hospitals that have been assessed by the hierarchical management organizations of Hubei Provincial Health Department Hospital. The summary analysis sums up some of the main methods and achievements that they have taken in scientific research work, and puts forward several suggestions for the existing problems.
