2008年以前,饶平供电局由于历史原因,存在人员素质偏低,电网结构薄弱,供电量少,线损率高,供电可靠性低,停电限电时有发生等问题和情况,严重制约了企业发展。2008年4月,饶平供电局划归广东省电网公司直管后,紧紧围绕省公司规范化建设发展要求,切实抓好电网、营销、客服等多项管理。经过几年努力,供电质量不断改善,供电服务水平实现提升,企业得到了长足发展,并向规范化、一体化、精细化方向迈进。
