微电机零件的机械加工,目前大部分都是在普通机床上进行的,劳动强度大。尺寸精度要求高的加工部位,还要反复测量。如对大量生产的零件采用分散工序的办法,就得安排多台机床,占用较多的生产场地。如用专用机床,目前国内微电机厂大部分是多品种的生产,更换品种就很麻烦。我厂在技术改造中,研制应用微型电子计算机控制的车床,较好地解决了这个问题。象电机轴的加工,能在二台车床上完成六台车床的加工任务,单件耗用工时从原来的14分09秒减少为3分12秒,提高工效3.4倍,减少4台普通车床,而且更换品种非常方便。
