本文在探讨公司治理内部机制、外部机制基础上,运用PCA方法构建了主权财富基金综合治理评价指标GSWFs。根据对其有效性的实证检验结果发现,G-SWFs对公司业绩有正向的影响,有效的公司治理机制必须保证董事会、信息披露制度、投资考核机制等内部治理机制,以及产业布局竞争和声誉机制等外部治理机制同时发挥作用。
Based on the discussion of the internal and external mechanisms of corporate governance, this paper constructs the GSWFs of comprehensive governance evaluation of sovereign wealth funds using PCA method. According to the empirical test to its effectiveness, it is found that G-SWFs have a positive impact on the performance of the company. An effective corporate governance mechanism must ensure that internal governance mechanisms such as the board of directors, the information disclosure system and the investment examination mechanism, as well as the industrial layout competition and reputation Mechanism and other external governance mechanisms also play a role.
