在旅游市场的迅猛发展与人们越来越倾向于提高自我生活品质的潮流下,旅游服务产业急速发展,而相应而生的职场人员素质需求的质、量要求更显迫切。如何避免高等职业教育人才供给与企业实务需求间的落差,是现代职业教育发展的重要议题。本文将以旅游服务产业为例,深入探讨学校的职前教育如何结合理论知识与实务应用,透过深度访谈的方式了解业界的真实需求,并进一步寻求在学期间的课程供给要素,缩短学用不符的落差,进而增强毕业生的就业竞争力,完成从课堂到职场的平稳过渡,真正做到学有所成,学以致用。
With the rapid development of the tourism market and the trend of people becoming more and more inclined to improve their quality of life, the tourism service industry has developed rapidly.
