针对大断面岩巷全断面一次起爆中,雷管数目较多,串联网络配合FD200型发爆器无法保证网络准爆的问题,通过计算准爆参数、地面模拟试验,对起爆网络的准爆性条件进行了研究。引入发火冲量K作为检验雷管准爆性的关键参数,试验起爆网络不同的连线方式的方法,以寻求适合全断面一次起爆技术最优的连线方式。试验结果表明:对于全断面一次起爆92发电雷管,采用串并联2条支路的连线方式,可以保证网络一次起爆成功。
Aiming at the primary detonation of large-section rock roadway with a large number of detonators, the serial network can not guarantee the accurate quasi-explosion of the network with FD200 explosion-proof device. By calculating the quasi-explosion parameters and ground simulation tests, Were studied. The ignition impulse K is introduced as the key parameter to test the detonation of the detonator, and the method of detonating the different connection ways of the network is explored to find the optimal connection mode suitable for the detonation technology of the full range. The test results show that: for a full detonation of a 92-generation detonator, the use of serial and parallel connection of two branches, the network can ensure a successful initiation.
