Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of inhaled epinephrine and pulmicort rescuing children with acute laryngitis. Methods: A total of 100 children with acute laryngitis admitted to Children’s Hospital of Changzhou in the past year were enrolled in this study. 100 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 children in each group. Both groups were given routine acute laryngitis after admission. The children in the observation group were treated with inhaled adrenaline on the basis of inhalation, and the children in the control group were treated with inhaled pulmicort respules. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 86.0%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (78.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the observation group, the disappearance of clinical signs such as hoarseness, bark-like cough, gurgling sound, and aspirated triple recess sign were all significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Two groups of children in the course of treatment did not appear more serious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: Compared with atomized inhalation of pulmicort, the treatment of acute laryngitis in outpatient and emergency department with atomized inhalation and adrenaline has higher clinical treatment efficiency, and its time to improve various clinical signs in children is shorter. Clinical Treatment of security is better, it is worth in emergency treatment of children with acute laryngitis in the promotion and application.
